Colts fire GM Chris Ballard amid tough NFL season

The Indianapolis Colts have dismissed general manager Chris Ballard following a challenging start to the NFL season. The team recently lost 26-20 to the Tennessee Titans on 18 October, continuing a run of mixed results this year.

The Colts currently sit 12th in the NFL standings with two wins and four losses from six games, holding a negative goal difference of 20. Their recent form includes two wins and three losses, reflecting inconsistency in their campaign.

Next up for the Colts is a match against the Minnesota Vikings on 25 October. The team will look to improve their position in the league as they prepare for this upcoming fixture.

The Washington Commanders, also struggling this season, are 15th in the NFL with one win, one draw, and three losses from five games. They recently drew 27-27 with the New York Giants and face ongoing challenges in their campaign.
