Burden and Odunze emerge as strong fantasy picks with Williams

Luther Burden III and Rome Odunze have become attractive fantasy football options following Caleb Williams' return as quarterback. Their performances have improved, making the two receivers a notable duo for fantasy lineups in Week 9.

AS Roma, the club associated with Rome Odunze, recently played in the UEFA Champions League, where they lost 3-2 to Manchester United on 3 November. Roma currently sits 20th in their Champions League group with 4 points from 4 matches, having won one, drawn one, and lost two games, with a goal difference of +2. Their recent form includes a draw, two wins, and two losses across competitions.

AS Roma is a historic club based in Rome, Italy, founded in 1927 through a merger. The team has consistently competed in Italy’s top football division, Serie A, except for the 1951-52 season. Their next match is at home against Sassuolo on 7 November in Serie A.

The recent Champions League defeat to Manchester United adds pressure on Roma as they seek to improve their standing in the group. Meanwhile, the strong fantasy form of Odunze alongside Burden III highlights the impact of Williams' presence under centre, which fantasy players are keen to capitalise on in upcoming weeks.
