Our servers collect match data from sports data providers every few seconds, clean it up and push each change to your browser over a persistent connection. That is why a goal, a red card or a change of status shows up on the page without you reloading it. If the connection drops, the page reconnects on its own and tells you when live updates are back.

While a match is in play we check for new information every 5 to 15 seconds depending on the sport, and anything new is pushed to your screen straight away. The final delay also depends on our data providers, so scores can occasionally run a little behind the stadium. When live data is noticeably delayed we show a notice on the page.

Yes. Times are stored in UTC and converted in your browser to your own time zone, and "today" and "tomorrow" follow your local calendar day. You can pick another time zone from the clock button in the header or the footer at any time.

Football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, baseball, American football, cricket, rugby and more, including major leagues, cups and international tournaments. Coverage of an individual competition depends on what our data providers publish, so a smaller league may show fewer details than a top-tier one.

Tap the star on a team, competition or match to add it to your favorites. They are stored in your browser on this device only, no account is needed, and matches involving your favorites are pinned to the top of the live lists. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Please tell us. Use the report a score form in the support section and include the link to the match; the same goes for a wrong logo or missing match. Corrections are checked against the data providers and fixed as quickly as possible.

No. Golatooo is an independent service and is not affiliated with any league, club, federation or data provider. Scores come from third-party sources, can be delayed or later corrected, and should not be used as the sole basis for wagering decisions.
