1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Golatooo (golatooo.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

Golatooo provides live scores, fixtures, results, standings and related sports information (news headlines, transfers, TV listings, profiles and automatically generated analysis) for personal, non-commercial use. It is an information service only.

Data comes from third-party providers and is presented "as is". Scores, times, line-ups, statistics, standings and broadcast listings may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service may be interrupted without notice.

3. Not for wagering

Do not rely on the site to place bets or make financial decisions. Live data can lag behind real events, and we accept no responsibility for gambling or other losses. The site does not offer betting, odds or gambling services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy or redistribute the site or its data in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it, without our written permission;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, access restricted areas, probe or disrupt the service, or introduce malware;
  • submit false, abusive, unlawful or infringing reports and messages, or use the forms for spam;
  • use the site to build a competing data product or to resell our data.

5. Trademarks, names and logos

Team, club, league, competition and player names, logos and other marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the teams and competitions concerned. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

Golatooo is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by any club, league, federation, governing body, or data or media provider, including SofaScore and ESPN. If you own a mark and want it corrected or removed, contact [email protected] and we will act promptly.

Where we cannot obtain a proper logo we show a generic initials avatar rather than an invented emblem.

6. Third-party content and licences

Encyclopedic summaries and facts about teams, players and countries come from Wikipedia and Wikidata and are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0); each one shows its source and links to the original page. Wikidata structured data is available under CC0.

News pages list only the headline and a short excerpt of articles published elsewhere, with a link to the publisher; the articles and images belong to their publishers. Transfer and TV listings are compiled from public sources and are indicative only.

7. Our content

The site design, software, text, automatically generated articles and the way the information is organised are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site.

8. Your submissions

When you send us a message, correction, screenshot or logo suggestion you confirm you have the right to send it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the service. Do not send anything you do not want us to store; see the Privacy Policy for how submissions are handled.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
