Zxavian Harris cleared to join NFL as free agent
Zxavian Harris, former Ole Miss defensive tackle and LSU target, has been ruled eligible to join the NFL as a free agent. This decision opens the door for Harris to return to professional football soon, while fellow player Da'Quan Wright awaits updates on his eligibility status.
Harris played college football with the Ole Miss Rebels, a team representing the University of Mississippi, and was also linked to the LSU Tigers program. Both teams compete in NCAA football, with Ole Miss currently ranked seventh and LSU eleventh in the standings.
The Ole Miss Rebels have a strong recent record, including a 52-17 win over Vanderbilt and a 32-24 victory against LSU. LSU's recent results include a narrow 34-35 loss to Kentucky and a 63-14 win over McNeese Cowboys. Ole Miss will face Missouri Tigers on 17 October, while LSU continues its season aiming to improve its position.
